Kilburn Mill
New Bedford, MA
A tribute to New Bedford’s industrial history, this large-scale mural refreshed the iconic Kilburn Mill lettering while preserving the character of the historic building. Whaling City Masterworks created custom stencils in-house and completed the mural on site, combining precision, hand-painted details, and large-scale installation work to give this landmark wall new life.
Last Stop Printing & Apparel
New Bedford, MA
Created for Last Stop Printing & Apparel, this mural brings together the owner’s Brooklyn roots and Puerto Rican heritage in a bold, personal design. Whaling City Masterworks translated that story into a large-scale wall piece designed to celebrate both the business and the culture behind it.
Time Mission, Pirates Attack
Palisades Mall, NY
Created for a locally based company producing interactive game experiences around the world, this immersive pirate scene became part of a room where guests actually fire cannons at the ship. Whaling City Masterworks painted the crashing waves, dramatic clouds, and moonlit sky, transforming the surrounding walls into an environment that helps bring the experience to life.
Time Mission, Dystopian Forest
Cranston, RI
Based on an original illustration by local mural artist Liz LaManche, Whaling City Masterworks transformed a small-scale concept into a vibrant, larger-than-life environment. The design was adapted around balconies, stairs, changing elevations, and other architectural features, with custom three-dimensional mushrooms added to extend the artwork beyond the walls and into the physical space.
